When will my order arrive?
We ship out your order within 2-3 business days. If you need it sooner or have other questions, just email us. We’re happy to help.
Can I have a tracking number?
Starting July 15th, we will be adding tracking to orders so you know when your package will arrive!
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
We send out multiple emails throughout the ordering process, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. If you haven’t received any emails, most of the time it is due to typos in the email address. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
Where do you ship?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to the US.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express® through Paypal. What this means is that Paypal processes payments for our store, but you DO NOT need to have a Paypal account. Just check out as a “Guest” to pay via credit card. Please make sure your billing information is exactly as it appears on your credit card statement or Paypal account. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
Sales tax is charged for products shipped to California addresses at the local tax rate, and to certain other states as required by law.
What is your return policy?
If the product arrived damaged, the wrong product was sent, or you’re just not happy with the product, just send it back to us and we’ll issue a refund once we receive it! Talk to us if you have any questions.
In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within 6-10 business days (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 45 days. Thanks for understanding!
What if my item is damaged?
If any product you receive is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, it will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Please let our Customer Service team know within 72 hours of delivery at Info@CutiepopNailShop.com so we can get started on the return or refund process.
What are your nail polish wraps made of?
Our nail polish wraps are made with real nail polish. There is a top coat, color layer, base coat and a backing. Our nail polish wraps are 95% dried, and made without the icky smelly stuff so they are safe for your nails and don’t have the traditional smelly nail polish fumes. See ingredient list here.
How do I find the right size for my nail?
There are multiple sizes of double ended nail wraps in each package. Check the strip against your finger and choose the one that is closest to your nail size without going over the cuticles or skin. If you are in between sizes, choose the smaller one as the nail wraps are slightly flexible so you can gently stretch them for a perfect fit.
How long do the nail polish wraps last once applied?
Nail polish wraps are multiple coats of nail polish and are more chip resistant than traditional nail polish. They generally last 7-10 days or longer with a top coat.
How do I remove the nail polish wraps?
Our nail polish wraps are made from nail polish so you can remove them as you would a regular manicure. See additional tips here.
Can I preserve my unused nail wraps?
As the nail wraps are made of nail polish, they will dry out over time if left exposed. There are several ways to preserve the wraps for future use. For the nail wraps in foil packs, you can use a flat curling iron on medium heat to clamp and seal the end closed (be sure not to clamp the nail polish wrap itself). For all packaging types, you can squeeze the air out and tape the open end of the pack.
Do you do Custom Designs?
Yes, we do! Custom designs are great for large groups, rush events, parties. They take 3-4 weeks for production and there is a minimum order of 100 pieces for that design. Send us an email at info@CutiepopNailShop.com to learn more about how to do this.
Are you able to do fundraisers?
Absolutely! We love working with the community to do fundraisers. We provide an easy way to do fundraisers. Coupon codes – your organization receives a portion of every purchase made with your unique coupon code or link. Contact us for details.
