Can I place custom orders at the event?

Yes! However, be aware that customs can take up to 4-6 weeks during convention and holiday season. But we offer FREE SHIPPING on these orders and will try our best to get them out as soon as possible!

If you are sold out of a design or size at Ursa Major, can I buy it online?

Unfortunately, our inventory is not synced online, so we can't guarantee that it isn't already sold out. If it is, we will notify you and refund the order =]
